Currency: All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Please note that all our prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice and we retain the right to change the price of any items at any time without prior notice.

Sales Tax: We do not charge any sales tax currently. However, your country customs and/or postal regulations may require you to pay tax. You may wish to find out more from your local post office.

Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email as well as payment confirmation once you have completed your transaction within 2 working days. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment.

Order cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made at checkout. Your order will be processed and shipped as scheduled. However, we will refund the full amount paid if the order is cancelled due to unavailability of goods.

Shipping Options

All orders take 2 business days to process. Packages will be send out via Registered mail on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (except Public Holidays).

Shipping within Singapore
Delivery time may take up to 3 business days from date of shipping. Shipping and handling fees for your order will be presented to you at the checkout page, and are based on rates stated below.

Free Shipping for orders above $120.00
Orders below $30.00; Shipping cost = $3.00
Orders below $80.00; Shipping cost = $4.00
Orders below $120.00; Shipping cost = $5.00

Shipping outside Singapore
We ship worldwide. Items will be shipped via Singapore Post/Speedpost Worldwide Parcel. The Package Reference Number will be emailed to you once your package is shipped. Delivery time depends on the destination but is approximately 11-15 Business Days from date of shipping, subject to your country's customs and postal security checks. Please contact us for shipping charges before purchase.

*Please note that the Apple Garde Rain and Stain Repellent cannot be shipped outside Singapore.*
